- Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the Villa. A penalty of INR 5000 will be charged if Guests are found to be smoking inside the Villa. Smoking is allowed in / near the pool / lawn area / gazebo / balcony
- Possessing / carrying / using fireworks, drugs and contraband in the premises are strictly prohibited
- Gambling in the premises is strictly prohibited
- Streaming music strictly not allowed after 11 PM
- Damage or removal or loss of property, whether in the room or at any part of the premises will be charged to the Guest. Loss amount to be borne and paid by the Guest will be decided by the management
- Leaving the room in a disorderly state or such state as will cause distress to the cleaners, will possess cleaning charges
- Refundable caution deposit of INR 10000 will be collected upon check in and will be refunded deducting pending charges if any
- Guests are requested to check their belongings before leaving or vacating the room. Management does not hold responsibility over lost or misplaced items
- Guests are requested not to interfere with Guests from neighbouring Villas if any / their privacy / their properties / their stay. Management has the rights to vacate Guests who engage in such activities
- While staying at the Villa, Guests will not engage in anything illegal or which may become a nuisance to anyone whilst using the Villa’s internet connection
- Guest access to the public beach is at their own risk
- Swimming pool lifeguard not available. Safety measures and pool etiquettes to be followed strictly while using the swimming pool. Infants and children are allowed to use the swimming pool only with accompanying parents
- While checking out, Guests have to notify the villa staff of departure and will pay all outstanding charges that are due
- Boarding and lodging for Guest’s drivers can be arranged upon request and availability nearby at additional cost
Meal order and service timings:
- Breakfast: Special requests need to be given before 8 PM the previous night. Set breakfast will be served between 8 AM to 10 AM.
- Lunch: Orders need to be placed before 10 AM. Lunch will served between 12.30 PM to 2.30 PM
- Dinner: Orders need to be placed before 6 PM. Dinner will served between 8 PM to 10 PM
- Kitchen closes at 10 PM. Pre-ordered food can be served in hot casseroles.
- Service post 10 PM until 12 AM (midnight) will incur a service charge of INR 1000 + taxes per hour
